Life flows naturally, things feel positive and you feel in control of your physical and mental health. If you have lost the feeling of wellbeing, coaching can help you to put in place achievable and sustainable actions to improve your wellbeing.
Improving your wellbeing can involve looking at a number of different areas of life, these can include:

- Making time for a new or old hobby
You are your own expert in what your version of wellbeing looks like. As your coach I will help you explore your lifestyle, practices, beliefs, values and experiences to help you identify how you would like to improve your wellbeing.
Included in the cost is an hours appointment, any handouts or exercises identified during the session and an email after each session containing a summary of our discussion.

This should only be booked after your initial Nutritional Therapy appointment is complete.
Included in the cost of your follow up sessions is an hours appointment and the time taken to update or change your nutrition, supplement & lifestyle plan.
Tests and supplements are not included as part of any appointment.

Nutritional therapy can be used to support chronic conditions as well as day to day fluctuations in health. It can help to improve, among other things:

A naturopathic nutritional therapist will explore your health with you and put together a programme of food supplements and dietary recommendations, tailored towards you as an individual.
This will help you move forward with health goals or manage health conditions, forming sustainable habits that last a lifetime.
Included in the cost of the first session is:
- An hour researching and analysing your questionnaire
- An hour’s appointment
- 1-2 hours researching and putting together plan
- A 20 minute video or phone call to go through your plan
- Any emails or letters for onward referrals or information required by another healthcare provider

After you book your first appointment you will receive an email from me containing; a number of consent forms an and a health questionnaire. These should be returned to me 3 working days before your appointment.

Restorative yoga is perfect to help with relaxation, managing stress, improving sleep or recovering from burn out. These classes will help release tension from the body and calm your mind. Each class involves only a few postures, supported by bolsters and blankets.
Postures are held for an extended period of time for 3-5 minutes, allowing for a deep relaxation of the body. This is very slow paced practice that will support you in the poses without any strain or pain.
The classes are an hour and a half long, followed by 30 minutes of time to yourself to enjoy some quiet time to chill out, chat with friends or grab a hot drink.
